actually went for training ytd =DD and there were only five pathetic souls . . . . including the coach == .
less ppl = train more . which i tink causes backaches ..
anyway competition's coming up and hopefully i get to enter..fongshai seemed rather reluctant when i asked becus of those 0 levels thingysss .
